Maintenance Supervisor will supervise hourly skilled maintenance and general labor employees. To be successful as a Supervisor you will maintain equipment, inventory and replacement parts. 60% mechanical and 40% electrical. Strong knowledge of AC motors and power distribution is needful.

Included in this role is training, maintaining safety, striving for zero accidents and complying with OSHA standards.

Additionally, you maintain administrative records for scheduling, maintenance activities, attendance, grievance documentation and capital projects.

There is no relocation for this position.


Requirements:

** BS in Electronics
** Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing
** Must have working knowledge of PLC's and programming
** Strong organizational and problem solving skills
** Must have great leadership and soft skills combination
